Product: Pani puri Masala
 
Recipe 1:
In 1 1/2 Ltrs. of water, Add 2 cup of mint leaves paste, Small pieces of 8-10 green chilli, 1 medium size ginger & sour lime Add 2 tsp “KUMBH PANI PURI MASALA” Salt as per taste & 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder in a mixture. Chilled the mixture strain & serve the mixture with boiled potatoes pieces, boiled chana & Salted boondi in puri’s.

Recipe 2:
Making & Serving pani-puris
A) Soak 100 grams of moong dal in a wet cloth overnight to make moong sprouts the next morning. B) Coarsely mash 150 grams of boiled potato. C) Take 100 grams of salted boondi and soak for a few minutes. Then drain the water and add the boondi and sprouted moong dal to the potatoes in a bowl. D) Add 1 tsp “KUMBH PANI PURI MASALA” 1 tsp Kumbh ginger powder, 1 tsp black salt to this mixture and turn with a spoon to mix well. E) Place 8 to 10 puris on a plate. F) Now make a hole at the centre of each puri and fill in each puri with the mixture of potatoes, moong dal and salted boondi. G) In a separate bowl pour the pani-puri water and serve garnished with mint leaves.

Ingredients: Rock Salt, Black Salt, Dry Mango, Mint Leaf, Dry Ginger, Cumin, Black Pepper, Tamrind, Asafotadiea, Chilli.
