Receipe: Pavbhaji
Chopped 2 Onions in 2 tbsp Oil till it becomes golden brown. Add 2 chopped Tomatoes and 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste with 1 tsp “KUMBH PAV BHAJI MASALA” Chilli powder, salt as per taste. Add 500 gms of boiled vegetable like Potatoes, Carrots, Green, Peas, Capsicum, Cauliflower cook and mash for 4-5 mins. Then add butter, chopped Coriander leaves. Serve with hot Buttered Pav and raw chopped Onions with Lemon Sprinkled.

Receipe: Chhole
Soak 200 gms Kabuli Channa overnight,cook and keep aside.Fry 2 chooped onions in 2 tbsp of oil till it becomes golden brown, add 1 tbsp “KUMBH CHHOLE MASALA” 1 tps chilli powder , 1 tps coriander powder , fry for 2-3 mins on a low flame, add 1 big chopped tomato , 3 slit green chilles , 1 small piece of ginger & salt as per taste, add in boiled chhole and cook for 4-5 mins Your chhole is now ready to serve with Puri or Bhature.

Dal, Samosa, Potatowada, Kachori, Usal, Pattice, Patra and all types of Farsans ‘’KUMBH SPECIAL GARAM MASALA’’ gives better taste. (500gms vegetables or 1 liter of ready dal needs 1.1/2 tsp.

Recipe: Tasty food Stuffs
Sprinkle “KUMBH CHAT MASALA” in Fruit juice, Fruit chats, Salads, Sandwiches, Finger chips, Tandoori, Punjabi preparations, Aloochat, Dahi Wadas and other snacks “KUMBH CHAT MASALA” gives better taste. Aloo Chat : 500 gms of Boil potatoes, chop & fry slightly golden brown. Remove in a bowl to cool. Add 11/2 tbsp of mint chutney, 1 tbsp lemon juice, chopped green chilli and salt as per taste. Sprinkle 1 tbsp “KUMBH CHAT MASALA” mix well. Add chopped coriander.

Recipe: Biryani / Pulav
Boil 200 gms basmati rice. In a 3 tsp Oil Fry 2 Big chopped Onions till golden brown. 1 ½ tspGinger-Garlic paste, ½ tsp Chilli powder, ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder & 1 Cup Tomato Puree .Cook for 3-4 mins. Add 1 ½ tsp “KUMBH BIRYANI/PULAV MASALA” 1 ½ tsp Cream. Add Roasted Mix Vegetables like Carrot, Cauliflower, Green Peas, around 2 cups . Add Salt as per taste. In a bowl add alternately rice & vegetables, Add 1 tsp cream, 11/2 tsp Ghee,cover the bowl, heat on a low flame for12-15 min. Your Biriyani is prepared.

Recipe: Delicious Chicken
Take 450-500 gms chicken pieces with or without bones. Marinade chicken with 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder,1/2 tsp Corriander Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,1 big tsp Curd for 30-40 minutes. In a 3 tsp Oil Fry 2 big chopped Onions till golden brown. Add 2 big size chopped Tomatoes, 1 small Capsicum,1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste, 1 tsp Corriander Powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tsp “KUMBH CHICKEN MASALA” salt as per taste. Mix it well & fry for 2 min. Add marinade Chicken and cook for 10-15 min. Sprinkle some Corriander leaves / Kasoori Methi on top & serve hot.

Recipe: Meat
500 gms of clean meat pieces. Add with 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste , 2 chopped Onions, Salt (As per taste ) and 1 cup strained curd . Heat 2 tbsp oil add 2 chopped Onions till it becomes golden brown. Add 2 tbps “KUMBH MEAT MASALA” Chilli Powder meat pieces. Stir well and cook in a pressure cooker with 2cup water for 10 mins. Or (4-5 whisltes ). Your meat is ready for serve with Salads & Raita.

Recipe: Pani Puri
In 1 1/2 Ltrs. of water, Add 2 cup of mint leaves paste, Small pieces of 8-10 green chilli, 1 medium size ginger & sour lime Add 2 tsp “KUMBH PANI PURI MASALA” Salt as per taste & 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder in a mixture. Chilled the mixture strain & serve the mixture with boiled potatoes pieces, boiled chana & Salted boondi in puri’s.

Recipe: Sambhar
Soak 100 gms Toor Dal for 30 mins. Boil Soaked dal with pieces of Drumstick, Brinjal, Pumpkin and Onions. Add 1 tsp of chilli pd, Salt as per taste, 2 tsp thick tamarind juice, 1 tbsp “KUMBH SAMBHAR MASALA” Heat 2 tsp oil. Add 2-3 red chilli , 1/2 tsp fenugreek, 1/2 tsp mustard , 2 spun of curry leaves, pinch of asafoetida for baghar. Add baghar in a mixture of dal & vegetables. Boil for 2-3 mins. Your Sambhar is ready to serve with Idli, Wada, Dosa & Uttapa.

Recipe: Special Tea
To get better taste of Chai add “KUMBH CHAI MASALA” while you boil water to make chai. For 2 cups of chai add a pinch or for 4 cups of chai add ¼ tsp of “KUMBH CHAI MASALA” Kumbh Chai Masala is also use to prepare Ukala.
